Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 g
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Crushed kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (fine chop)
Salt - As reqd
Method:
- Heat oil and butter in pan.
- Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
- Cook in low flame.
- Add in spice powders one by one and then black salt.
- Now add the crushed methi leaves and mix well.
- Add required salt and mix well.
- Now add the paneer cubes and toss well.
- Masala should coat the paneer.
- Now add the fresh cream and mix gently.
- Cook in low flame for 2-3 mins.
- Add in fine chopped coriander leaves and mix up.
- I used this for paneer makhani pizza.
- After adding paneer we can add diced capsicum, onion.
- Also we can dessed and add diced tomato.
- Once done we can arrange them in skewers and serve.
