Paneer Tikka


Ingredients:

Paneer - 200 g
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Crushed kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (fine chop)
Salt - As reqd

Method:

  • Heat oil and butter in pan.
  • Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
  • Cook in low flame.
  • Add in spice powders one by one and then black salt.
  • Now add the crushed methi leaves and mix well.
  • Add required salt and mix well.
  • Now add the paneer cubes and toss well.
  • Masala should coat the paneer.
  • Now add the fresh cream and mix gently.
  • Cook in low flame for 2-3 mins.
  • Add in fine chopped coriander leaves and mix up.
  • I used this for paneer makhani pizza.
Note:
  • After adding paneer we can add diced capsicum, onion.
  • Also we can dessed and add diced tomato.
  • Once done we can arrange them in skewers and  serve.
