Ingredients:
Unsalted butter - 125 g
Icing sugar - 250 g
Vanilla Esc - 1/8 tsp
Instant coffee powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Hot water - 3/4 tbsp
Method:
Unsalted butter - 125 g

Hot water - 3/4 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl add coffee powder and hot water.
- Mix well and set aside to cool.
- I used brown sugar and make icing sugar.
- Cream butter and then add sugar and whisk well.
- Add in coffee mix and esc.
- Whisk well till you get stiff peak consistency.
- Use this frosting in cupcakes or cakes of your choice.
