Ingredients:
Potato - 2
Carrot - 1
Maida - 3 tbsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - a pinch
Coriander leaves - Little (fine chop)
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Grate the potato and carrot and boil them.
- Strain the water and set aside.
- Squeeze out excess water.
- Now add flour, spice powders and salt.
- Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
- Make small cylinder shapes and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan and deep fry these.
- Serve hot with sauce.
Note:
- You can make this with only potato too.
- In that case boil potato and grate the boiled potato.
- I refrigerated the veggie tater tots before frying.
