Icing sugar - 600 g
Butterscotch sauce - 150 g

Method:
- For icing sugar I used half white and brown sugar.
- In a bowl add butter and sugar and whisk well.
- Add in sauce and whisk till you get stiff peak consistency.
- Use this to frost your cake or cupcakes of your choice.
