Ingredients:
Raw Rice - 1 1/2 cup
coconut - 1/2 cup
Water, Salt - As Reqd
Method:
- Soak rice overnight.
- Grind rice along with coconut.
- Mix salt and water.
- Batter should be of milk consistency.
- Then pour in tawa like appam, but it should be very thin layer.
- Serve hot with vada curry or kaara chutney.
