Ingredients:
Bread - 4 slices
Milk - 1/4 cup or 30 ml
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Oil - to fry
Method:
- Cut the corners of the bread.
- Dip in milk and keep aside.
- Now nicely mix this and make a dough.
- Make small balls out of it.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these and keep aside.
- In other pan add sugar and water and let it boil for 20 mins.
- Transfer this to a bowl.
- You can add a elaichi to this syrup(optional).
- Add fried balls to this and leave for max 2 hrs.
