Bread Jamoon


Ingredients:

Bread - 4 slices
Milk - 1/4 cup or 30 ml
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Oil - to fry

Method:

  • Cut the corners of the bread. 
  • Dip in milk and keep aside.
  • Now nicely mix this and make a dough.
  • Make small balls out of it.
  • Heat oil in pan and fry these and keep aside.
  • In other pan add sugar and water and let it boil for 20 mins.
  • Transfer this to a bowl.
  • You can add a elaichi to this syrup(optional).
  • Add fried balls to this and leave for max 2 hrs.
