Ingredients:
Bay leaves - 8-10
Cinnamon - 2 inch

Black elaichi - 1
Carom seeds (ajwain) - 1/2 tsp

Dry fenugreek -1 tsp

Dry mango powder - 1 tsp
Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Black salt - 2 tsp

Method:
- Dry roast the above ingredients and grind it to a powder.
- Store and use when needed.
