Quick Channa Masala Dry




Ingredients:

Channa - 1 cup
Hing - a pinch
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Curry Leaves - Little
Coriander Leaves - Little
Red Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Chole Masala - 1-2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt, Water, Oil - As reqd.

Method:

  • Heat oil in pan and add the curry leaves and let it splutter.
  • Now add hing and ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
  • Add the boiled channa and then all masalas.
  • Give a stir and sprinkle little water and cook in low flame for 5 mins.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with chapathi.


Note:
If you dont have chole masala then add cumin, fennel,coriander and chat masala powder all together 2tsp.
