Ingredients:
Broken Raw Rice (upma noi) - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Grated coconut - 2 tbsp(optional)
Ghee -As reqd
Method:
- Heat a pan and add little ghee and add the upma noi.
- Add water and let it boil.
- Once boiled, add jaggery and mix well .
- Finally add grated coconut and mix well.
- Transfer this to a plate.
- After few mins make small shapes using your hand.
