Ingredients:
Idiyapam flour - 1/2 cup
Water,Oil, Salt - As reqd
To temper:
Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Urad dal - 2 tsp
Red chilly - 3-4
Curry Leaves - Little
Method:
- Make the flour dough.
- Make small balls out of it and pressure cook for 5-8 mins.
- Now heat oil in pan and add items under temper.
- Add the steamed balls and give a toss.
- Amini kozhukattai is ready.
