Amini Kozhukattai




Ingredients:

Idiyapam flour - 1/2 cup
Water,Oil, Salt - As reqd

To temper:
Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Urad dal - 2 tsp
Red chilly - 3-4
Curry Leaves - Little

Method:

  • Make the flour dough.
  • Make small balls out of it and pressure cook for 5-8 mins.
  • Now heat oil in pan and add items under temper.
  • Add the steamed balls and give a toss.
  • Amini kozhukattai is ready.
