Kothamir Chicka

Ingredients:

Chicken - 250 gms
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Red Chilly powder - 1tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala - a pinch
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Ghee - 2tbsp
Corriander leaves - handful
Green chilly - 2
Salt, oil - As Reqd

Method:
  • In a bowl add the chicken pieces.
  • Add onion and all the masala powders.
  • Now add the ginger garlic paste and ghee and required salt and mix well.
  • Grind the coriander leaves and green chilly and keep this paste aside,
  • Now heat a pan and add the chicken stuff and cover it with a lid and cook for 8 mins,
  • Now add the grinded paste and give a stir.
  • Let this boil for 5-6 mins,
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve this kothamir chicka.
