Ingredients:
Icing sugar - 4 cup
Unsalted butter - 200 g
Milk - 1 1/2 tbsp
Method:·
- In a bowl add in butter and then add a cup of icing sugar.
- Beat nicely, then add another cup and beat.
- Add in remaining sugar and blend till you get stiff consistency.
Variation #1:
You can add a tsp of
vanilla essence and make it vanilla buttercream frosting.
Variation #2:
Can add chocolate syrup
to this and make a milk chocolate frosting.
Note:
- If you have powdered sugar only, then in a cup of powdered sugar take a tbsp off.
- Add a tbsp of corn flour.
