Ingredients :
Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
Dry Red Chilly - 5
Tamrind - small piece(cherry size)
Garlic Pods - 3 - 5
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and add onion and saute till color changes.
- Now add chilly and saute. Then let it cool.
- In a jar add these and then tamrind, garlic pods, salt.
- Grind it.
- Excellent combo with panniyaaram.
