Vanilla Cake #2


Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 1 1/4 cup
Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Egg - 3
Unsalted Butter - 180 g
Vanilla Esc - 2 tsp
Milk - 2 tbsp

Method:

  • In bowl cream butter and sugar together.
  • Now add one egg at a time and whisk well.
  • Add in esc and mix well.
  • Now add the flour and fold well.
  • If batter is to too thick add milk and fold well.
  • Grease a loaf pan and dust with flour.
  • Dap and remove excess flour.
  • Now pour the batter to this and dap it.
  • Bake this in a peheeated oven (OTG) at 180°C  for 30-35 mins.
