Ingredients:
Channa dal - 500 g
Method:
- Spread the channa dal in a plate.
- Place this in a place where there is more sunlight.
- Repeat the same for couple of days.
- Then grind this to a fine powder.
- Spread in a plate, to cool.
- Then seive it and store it.
Note:
If making a large quantity, you can get them grinded in a mill.
