Kadalai Maav/Powder


Ingredients:

Channa dal - 500 g

Method:
  • Spread the channa dal in a plate.
  • Place this in a place where there is more sunlight.
  • Repeat the same for couple of days.
  • Then grind this to a fine powder.
  • Spread in a plate, to cool.
  • Then seive it and store it.
Note:

If making a large quantity, you can get them grinded in a mill.
