Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup
Milk powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Sugar - 1 1/2 tsp
Active dry yeast - 1 1/2 tsp
Warm Water - 1/2 cup
Olive Oil/Melted Butter- 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl add yeast, sugar and warm water.
- Set aside.
- In other bowl add flour, milk powder, salt and mix well.
- Now add the activated yeast and mix well.
- Add in oil and knead for 8-10 mins till you get a soft dough.
- Set this in a greased bowl for an hour for proofing.
- After desired time, punch the dough and knead for a mins.
- Make a round shape(like boule) and place in greased pan.
- Set this aside for 30 mins for second proofing.
- After desired time, apply milk wash.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180℃ for 15-18 mins.
- Brush the top with butter to have glossy effect.
