Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup
Milk powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Sugar - 1 1/2 tsp
Active dry yeast - 1 1/2 tsp
Warm Water - 1/2 cup
Olive Oil/Melted Butter- 1 tbsp

Method:

  • In a bowl add yeast, sugar and warm water.
  • Set aside.
  • In other bowl add flour, milk powder, salt and mix well.
  • Now add the activated yeast and mix well.
  • Add in oil and knead for 8-10 mins till you get a soft dough.
  • Set this in a greased bowl for an hour for proofing.
  • After desired time, punch the dough and knead for a mins.
  • Make a round shape(like boule) and place in greased pan.
  • Set this aside for 30 mins for second proofing.
  • After desired time, apply milk wash.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180 for 15-18 mins.
  • Brush the top with butter to have glossy effect.
