Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 2 cup
Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Unsalted butter - 170 g
Sugar - 1 1/4 cup
Orange Zest - 1 tsp
Thick Curd - 1/3 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Egg - 3
Vanilla esc - 1 tbsp
Candied Orange peel - 1/2 cup (fine Chop)

Method:
- In a bowl add sugar and butter and cream well.
- To this add esc and mix well.
- Now add flour, salt and baking powder.
- Add orange zest and egg (one at a time) and whisk well.
- Add in thick curd, milk and fold well.
- Finally add the chopped candied orange peel.
- Pour this in a greased loaf pan or cake pan.
- Bake this in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-45 mins.
Note:
- Once the cake is cooled you can pour the Orange flvoured glazing to add extra flavour.
- To make this, in a bowl add 1 cup of icing sugar.
- To this add 3 tbsp of fresh orange juice.
- Mix this well till you desired consistency(Not too thin nor too thick).
