Ingredients:
Carrot - 2 (fine chop)
Beans - 12-15 (fine chop)
Onion - 1 (fine chop)
Coconut - 1/4 cup (grated)
Sambar powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/8 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal -1 tsp
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Water - 3-4 tbsp
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
Carrot - 2 (fine chop)

Method:
- Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds and urad dal.
- Once it splutters, reduce the flame and add curry leaves.
- Add in onions and saute well.
- Add in carrot, beans and mix well.
- Add in turmeric powder and sambar powder and mix well.
- Add salt and 3-4 tbsp water and mix well.
- Cover and cook in low flame for 5-6 mins.
- After the desired time add freshly grated coconut and mix well.
- Serve hot.
