Ingredients:
Egg - 3
Dosa batter - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 (fine chop)
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig (chop)
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala - a pinch
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Oil - As reqd
Method:
Egg - 3

Method:
- In a bowl beat the eggs.
- Add pepper powder, garam masala and salt and mix well.
- To this add dosa batter.
- Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
- Add curry leaves and onion and saute well.
- Add this to egg dosa batter and mix well.
- Heat paniyaaram kadai and add oil in each cup.
- Add the batter and cook in low flame.
- Flip and cook for even cooking.
- Serve the hot egg paniyaaram.
