Ingredients:
Egg - 2
Onion - 1 (fine chop)
Tomato - 1 (fine chop)
Dry Red Chilly - 1
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala - a pinch
Briyani masala - a pinch
Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Curry Leaves - a sprig (fine chop)
Coriander Leaves - Little (fine chop)
Mustard seeds - 1/8 tsp
Boiled Rice - 1 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add in mustard seeds, curry leaves.
- Add in onion and saute for a while.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and saute on medium flame.
- Now add in tomato and cook till it is mushy.
- Add in turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder.
- Add in briyani masala, garam masala and salt.
- Mix well.
- Cook in low flame till oil oozes out.
- In a bowl add in eggs, whisk well.
- Add this to pan and keep stirring.
- Eggs and masalas should mix well.
- Add in boiled rice and mix slowly.
- Once done add in pepper powder and fine chopped coriander leaves.
- Add in ghee and cover the pan.
- Let it cook in low flame for 4-5 mins.
- Serve hot.
Note:
You can use Basmati rice too.
