Edible Moss Cake

Ingredients:

Egg - 1
All purpose flour - 25 g
Honey - 30 g
Baking powder - 4 g
Sugar - 13 g

Method:

  • In a bowl add egg and whisk well.
  • Add in sugar and whisk well.
  • Add in honey and whisk.
  • Now add flour and baking powder and whisk well.
  • I divided batter in two bowls.
  • Added colors acc.
  • Microwave this on high for 50 seconds.
  • Your edible moss cake is ready to be used.
  • It weighed 46 g each.
