Ingredients:
Cheese - 250 g
Milk - 80 ml
Butter - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Boil water in a pan.
- Place another bowl over it(Double boiler method).
- Add in cheese, butter and milk.
- Whisk well till you get the smooth consistency.
- Set aside to cool.
- Homemade cheesy dip is ready.
