Cheese Dip

 

Ingredients:

Cheese - 250 g
Milk - 80 ml
Butter -  2 tbsp

Method:
  • Boil water in a pan.
  • Place another bowl over it(Double boiler method).
  • Add in cheese, butter and milk.
  • Whisk well till you get the smooth consistency.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Homemade cheesy dip is ready.
