Ingredients:
Idly rice - 1 cup
Poha - 1/2 cup(flattened)
Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tbsp or as reqd
Oil, Water - As reqd
Method:
- In a bowl wash rice and urad dal.
- Add in fenugreek seeds and soak this for atleast 3 hours.
- Then drain water and add this to mixie.
- Soak poha in water for just 5 mins.
- Drain and add it to mixie.
- Add in salt and sprinkle little water and blend it to a smooth thick paste.
- Let this ferment overnite.
- Next day mix and make set dosa using this batter.
- Serve it with vadacurry.
