Set Dosa



Ingredients:

Idly rice - 1 cup
Poha - 1/2 cup(flattened)
Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tbsp or as reqd
Oil, Water - As reqd

Method:
  • In a bowl wash rice and urad dal.
  • Add in fenugreek seeds and soak this for atleast 3 hours.
  • Then drain water and add this to mixie.
  • Soak poha in water for just 5 mins.
  • Drain and add it to mixie.
  • Add in salt and sprinkle little water and blend it to a smooth thick paste.
  • Let this ferment overnite.
  • Next day mix and make set dosa using this batter.
  • Serve it with vadacurry.
