Ingredients:
Milk - 1 cup
Badam - 4
Cashew - 4
Pista - 10
Dates - 2
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Elaichi powder - a pinch
Nutmeg powder - a pinch
Saffron strands - Little
Method:
- Soak badam, cashew, pista and dates for 30 mins in hot water.
- Peel badam and pista skin.
- Add all to blender and add little milk and sugar and blend first.
- Then add elaichi, nutmeg and remaining milk and blend.
- Top it with saffron strands and chopped badam and serve.
