Dough |
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Dry yeast - 1/4 tbsp
Warm water - 1/2 cup + as needed
Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
Salt - As reqd
Method:
- In a bowl add sugar, yeast and warm water and set aside.
- In other bowl add in flour and salt and mix well.
- Add in the activated yeast mix and form a dough.
- Place this in a greased bowl for proofing.
- Once done, punch the dough and then divide it.
- Make two logs and place this in a greased and lined baking tray.
- Set aside for 30 mins for second proofing.
- Once it is done, make indentations using knife.
- Brush the top with and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Bake this in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-28 mins.
- I used this and made cheesy sandwich.
