Biscoff Cupcakes


Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
Unsalted butter - 27 g
Biscoff spread - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Almond esc - 1/2 tsp or Vanilla esc - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp + 1/8 tsp
Milk - 2 1/2 tbsp

Method:

  • In bowl add biscoff spread, butter and sugar and mix well.
  • Add in egg and esc and mix well.
  • Add in flour, baking powder and mix well.
  • Add in milk and make a batter.
  • Line the muffin tray and fill in the batter.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-15 mins.
