Ingredients:
Almond flour - 1/3 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Milk powder - 1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Powdered Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
Almond and Pista - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Method:
- Powder the almonds(fine powder) in a blender and take 1/3 cups in a bowl.
- To this add wheat flour, milk powder, cinnamon powder.
- Add in baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
- In other bowl add vinegar to milk and set aside.
- In other bowl add sugar and oil and mix well.
- Now add the milk vinegar mix and mix well.
- Add this to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Line the muffin tray and fill 3/4 th with batter.
- Top them with chopped nuts.
- Bake this in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-22 mins.
Note:
You can pour the batter in loaf pan and make AC Loaf too.
