Egg Kothu

Ingredients:

Egg - 2
Onion - 1(fine chop)
Tomato - 1/2 (fine chop)
Mutton Masala - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - Little
Salt, Oil - As reqd

Method:

  • Heat oil in pan and add onion and saute.
  • Add in tomato and saute for a while.
  • Break open eggs and add.
  • Add in salt and mutton masala.
  • Cook in low flame.
  • Keep stirring to have kothu consistency.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
