Oats Pakoda #1

 

Ingredients:

Instant oats - 2 cups
Onion - 2 (thin slices)
Kashmiri chilly powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - Few sprigs (fine chop)
Hing - a pinch
Salt, Water, Oil - As reqd

Method:

  • Blend the oats and set aside.
  • In a bowl add in onion, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste.
  • Add in spice powder, hing and salt and mix well.
  • Add in oats and mix well.
  • Now add little water and mix it.
  • Oats will absorb water.
  • Now add water again if required and set aside for 15 mins.
  • Heat oil in pan and fry these pakodas in medium flame.
