Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 185 g
Sugar - 100 g
Egg - 3
Unsalted butter - 225 g
Condensed Milk - 400 g
Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Vanilla esc - 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add in condensed milk and beat till fluffy.
- Now add eggs and beat it.
- Add in esc and whisk well.
- Now add in flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
- Can bake this in a 9 inch pan or divide batter according to pan you use.
- Grease the pan and dust with flour.
- Invert and dap it to remove excess flour.
- Pour the batter to pan and dap it.
- Bake this in a preheated oven at 160 for 28-38 mins.
Note:
I just halved the ingredients and made cake.
