Ingredients:
Quick Cooking oats - 1 cup
Onion - 1 (thin slices)
Mint Leaves - Handful (fine chop)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd
Method:
- Mix all ingredients other than water and oil in a bowl.
- Add water little by little and make a semithick batter.
- Heat oil in pan and fry pakodas.
- Serve hot.
