Ingredients:
Unsalted Butter - 339 g
Sugar - 540 g
Fresh Cream- 50 ml
Dark Chocolate - 150 g
Vanilla Esc - 1 tsp
Method:
- Melt chocolate using double boiler method.
- Set aside to cool.
- In other bowl beat butter till light and fluffy.
- Add in sugar in parts and beat it.
- Add in esc, melted chocolate and beat till you get stiff peaks.
