Rava / Sooji Pakoda #2

 

Ingredients:

Sooji/Rava - 1 cup
Onion - 2 (thin slice)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chilly - 1 (deseed, fine chop)
Besan flour - 2 tbsp
Cashewnuts - 8-10 (fine chop)
Curry leaves - a spring (fine chop)
Coriander Leaves - Little (fine chop)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Salt, Oil - As reqd

Method:
  • In a bowl add in onion, chilly, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Add in cashewnuts, spice powders and salt and mix well.
  • Add in rava and ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add in little water like 1 tsp and mix it.
  • Add in flour and mix well.
  • Heat oil in pan and fry the pakodas.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
