Ingredients:
Broken cashews - 1 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Red Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - a pinch
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Salt - As reqd
Method:
- Heat ghee in pan and fry cashews and set aside.
- Don't brown them.
- Now to the same pan add in curry leaves and fry.
- Transfer to plate.
- Use tissue paper to remove excess ghee.
- Now in a bowl add in fried cashews.
- Add in spice powders and salt.
- Crush and add fried curry leaves.
- Toss them well.
- Enjoy.
Note:
- To make them more spicier.
- Do as mentioned above, but repeat adding spice powders after an hour again.
- Repeat twice, add and toss and enjoy spicier version.
