Milagu Idiyappam

 

Ingredients:

Idiyappam - As reqd
Black pepper corns - 1 tsp
Cashews - 8 (fine chop)
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt, Oil - As reqd

Method:

  • Take required idiyappam (here 2 cups) and scramble it.
  • Heat oil in pan and roast cashews and set aside.
  • To the same add in crushed cumin seeds and pepper corns.
  • Add in curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
  • Add in scrambled idiyappam and toss it.
  • Serve hot.
