Ingredients:
Coconut - 1/2 cupDry Red chilly - 2-3
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Tamrind - small piece(cherry size)
Ginger - small piece

Msutard seeds - 1 tsp

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry red Chilly - 1 (break and deseed)
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Salt, oil, water - As reqd

Method:
- Dry roast red chilly, urad dal.
- Grind all ingredients to a fine paste.
- Heat oil and add tempering items,
- Add it to grinded paste.
- Goes good with rice, idly/dosa.
