Kaara Poori

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 2 cups
Water - 1 1/4 cup (app)
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt, Oil - As reqd

Method:

  • In a bowl add atta, salt and spice powders.
  • Mix well.
  • Add water little by little and make tight dough.
  • Make round shapes and fry these poori's in oil.
  • Try this with ATM Masala.
