Ingredients:
Vanedakaai - 10-15
Onion - 1 (fine chop)
Avakaai pickle - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Oil, Water, Salt - As reqd
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry vaendakkai and set aside.
- Heat little oil in pan and add mustard and cumin seeds.
- Add in curry leaves and onion and saute for a while.
- Add in fried vaendakaai and avakaai pickle and mix well.
- Cook in low flame and serve with rice.
