Cherry Muffins - Eggless



Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cups
Brown sugar - 1 cup
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Milk - 1 cup
Vanilla esc - 1 tsp
Butter - 1/4 cup(50 g melted)
Cherry - 1/4 cup (chopped)

Method:

  • In a bowl add in flour and brown sugar.
  • Add in baking soda and salt and mix well.
  • Add in milk, butter and esc and fold well.
  • Now add chopped cherries and mix well.
  • Line the muffin tray and fill in the batter.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 18-20 mins.
