Yogurt Cake

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1 1/4 cup
All purpose flour - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Lemon Zest - 1 limes
Eggs - 2
Yogurt - 3/4 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Vanilla Esc - 1 tsp
Almond Esc - a drop

Method:

  • In a bowl add eggs, oil, sugar, yogurt.
  • Add vanilla esc and almond esc to this and whisk well.
  • In other bowl add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
  • Add lemon zest to this and mix well.
  • Add this to dry ingredients and fold nicely.
  • Pour this in a greased pan.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 mins.


Note:
I reserved half of the batter and made yogurt cupcakes.
