Tomato Puree


Ingredients:

Tomato - 5
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 1/4 tsp

Method:


  • Boil water in a pan.
  • Make marks in tomatoes and add in water.
  • Add in vinegar.
  • Let it blanch for 10 mins.
  • Drain water and peel skin and remove seeds.
  • Blend them and store the puree.


Note:

  • In case making large batch, add in 1/4 tsp of sugar and pinch of salt.
  • Then boil the puree and store.
