Ingredients:
Tomato - 5
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Boil water in a pan.
- Make marks in tomatoes and add in water.
- Add in vinegar.
- Let it blanch for 10 mins.
- Drain water and peel skin and remove seeds.
- Blend them and store the puree.
Note:
- In case making large batch, add in 1/4 tsp of sugar and pinch of salt.
- Then boil the puree and store.
