Ingredients:
Dosa Batter - 2 cups
Coconut Milk - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Baking Soda - a pinch (optional)

Note:
You can add milk if you don't have coconut milk.

Method:
- In a bowl add the dosa batter.
- To this add sugar and coconut milk and mix well.
- Batter should be of poruing consistency.
- Heat a non stick kadaai and pour a laddle full of batter.
- Rotate this to spread all over.
- Cover and cook for 3-4 mins.
- Serve with coconut milk or kurma.
