Ingredients:
Chicken - 250 g
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/8 tsp
Green Chilly - 1
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - Little
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd
To Grind:
Pepper corn - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/8 tsp
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Cashew - 5 (soak in water)
Green Elaichi - 1
Method:
Chicken - 250 g

Method:
- Grind the items under "to grind" to a fine paste and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan and add garam spices, onion and saute well.
- Add ginger garlic paste and tomato and saute till it turns mushy.
- Now add green chilly and washed chicken and mix well.
- Add in red chilly powder, garam masala and grinded paste.
- Add required salt and water.
- Cook till chicken is nicely blended with all spices.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
- Goes good with rice.
