Banana - 1
Egg - 1
Peanut butter - 4 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl mash the banana with a fork.
- Add peanut butter, egg and mix well.
- Add in sugar, cocoa powder and beat until smooth.
- Transfer this to microwave safe mug.
- Microwave high for 1 min and serve the gluten free mug cake.
