Gluten Free Mug Cake



Ingredients:

Banana - 1
Egg - 1
Peanut butter -  4 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp

Method:

  • In a bowl mash the banana with a fork.
  • Add peanut butter, egg and mix well.
  • Add in sugar, cocoa powder and beat until smooth.
  • Transfer this to microwave safe mug.
  • Microwave high for 1 min and serve the gluten free mug cake.
