Ingredients:
Fresh cream - 250 ml
Rosemilk esc - 2 drops or As reqd
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Method:
- In a chilled bowl add in fresh cream.
- Add in sugar and whip till ou get soft peaks.
- Then add in esc or you can use rose syrup too.
- If using rose syrup, reduce the sugar level.
- Whisk well.
- Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Scoop and enjoy.
