RoseMilk Icecream

 

Ingredients:

Fresh cream - 250 ml
Rosemilk esc - 2 drops or As reqd
Sugar - 1/2 cup

Method:
  • In a chilled bowl add in fresh cream.
  • Add in sugar and whip till ou get soft peaks.
  • Then add in esc or you can use rose syrup too.
  • If using rose syrup, reduce the sugar level.
  • Whisk well.
  • Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Scoop and enjoy.
