Ingredients:
Leftover Chocolate buttercream - 150 g
All purpose flour - 110 g
Brown sugar - 2 tsp
Baking powder - a pinch
Milk - 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl add all ingredients and mix.
- Mix to make a soft dough.
- Adjust ingredients acc to consistency.
- Made small balls and used a glass bowl and pressed gently.
- Placed them in a lined butterpaper.
- Refrigerated during preheat time.
- Baked this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180 for 10-12 mins.
- Dusted few in powdered sugar and refrigerated.
- Decorated with nuts and cream.
- Yields 17-18 small brookies.
