Ingredients:
Iodized salt - 1 cup / 100 g
Groundnut - 1/2 cup
Brown Channa - 1/2 cup
Appalam - 1 or 2
Vathal - As reqd
Method:
- Heat a kadai and add salt to it.
- Cook in medium flame.
- The salt should be hot.
- Now add groundnuts and saute for a while like 3 mins.
- Now use a strainer spatula and remove it off.
- Similarly do for brown channa.
- To the same add in appalam and fry it.
- Do the same for vathal.
- Oil free snacks are ready in a jiffy.
- You can let the salt cool and store in an air tight container.
- Can reuse the same for future frying too.
