Ingredients:
Rice (boiled) - 2 cups
Pulikaichal - 2 1/2 tbsp
Special powder - 2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Method:
- In a plate spread the boiled rice.
- Add in pulikaichal and mix well.
- Check for salt and add if needed.
- Add in curry leaves and sprinkle the powder.
- Mix well.
- Serve hot with papad.
Note:
Special powder is what we made while making pulikaichal.
