Veg Mayonaise #1


Ingredients:

Fresh Cream - 200 g
Oil - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
Mustard powder - 1/2 tsp
Crushed pepper corns - 1/4 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp

Method:

  • Crush mustard seeds to a powder and set aside.
  • In a bowl add fresh cream, oil, salt and powdered sugar.
  • Add in mustard powder, crushed pepper corns.
  • Blend this using electric hand mixer for 2 mins at speed.
  • Then add vinegar and blend at high speed, till it is creamy.
Note:
  • You can blend in your mixie too, but should check for consistency.
  • Instead of vinegar you can use lime juice too.
