Ingredients:
Fresh Cream - 200 g
Oil - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
Mustard powder - 1/2 tsp
Crushed pepper corns - 1/4 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Method:
- Crush mustard seeds to a powder and set aside.
- In a bowl add fresh cream, oil, salt and powdered sugar.
- Add in mustard powder, crushed pepper corns.
- Blend this using electric hand mixer for 2 mins at speed.
- Then add vinegar and blend at high speed, till it is creamy.
Note:
- You can blend in your mixie too, but should check for consistency.
- Instead of vinegar you can use lime juice too.
