Ingredients:
Small Onion - 15-20
Dry Red Chilly - 4-5
Tamrind - small piece
Temper - Mustard seeds, Urad dal, Curry leaves
Salt, Oil, Water - As Reqd
Method:
- In a pan add oil and saute onion and chillies.
- Add tamarind and salt and reqd water and blend it.
- Heat oil in pan and add this paste and cook in low flame for few mins.
- Transfer this to bowl.
- Heat oil in pan and add items under temper.
- Add this to chutney.
